The fourth stage is called equanimity and purity. Those who enter this stage abandon even the pleasure brought by tranquility, and enter a state of selflessness, that is, the state of nothingness. At this time, it is "quiet" The merits and virtues are complete.

Theoretically, the deeper the degree of tranquility, the smoother the movement and condensation of qi.

Generally speaking, ordinary exercises do not have high requirements for static exercises. As long as you can enter the concentration, that is, reach the first stage of "joy of leaving birth", you can practice, but the practice speed is relatively slow.

But warlocks are different. Warlocks will face the challenge of interior scenes as soon as they get started, and interior scenes are actually similar to the third stage of Jinggong.

Therefore, if you can’t get home in Jinggong practice, if you practice directly as a warlock, you will often fall into the inner scene and cannot extricate yourself. This is also one of the thresholds for the practice of a warlock.
