All-Professional Master of Darkness

Chapter 9 Training Ground

The training ground at Camp Rogge occupies a very large area, almost occupying the entire south side of the camp.

Lan Wu stood outside the training ground with a very complicated mood. This is Kasha's territory. Hundreds of Rogge of various ages, who Warrod calls a group of demons, are conducting archery training under the leadership of a middle-aged woman with orange hair and an orange scarf.

I don’t know if it’s a weird rule set by Kasha or a tradition in the camp. The Rogges who are training in the training ground are all women, ranging from thirteen or fourteen years old to more than thirty years old. There just wasn't a man in sight.

Lan Wu hesitated outside the training ground, wondering whether he should rush into this daughter's country. Maybe he should say hello first. While hesitating, a lazy greeting came from the training ground.

"What are you doing outside? Come in quickly."

Lan Wu was stunned for a moment, then saw Kasha beckoning without looking back. Seeing that Kashadu wanted to go in by himself, he walked into the training ground openly.

When Roger saw a man walking into the training ground, whistles flew everywhere. A few Rogges even flirted with each other frivolously, and then giggled with their hands on their hips without hesitation.

"Little girls, please restrain yourself." Kasha scolded with a smile, her words showing no sincerity.

The Rogs were obviously used to this kind of meaningless scolding. They pointed at Lan Wu unscrupulously, and from time to time they made some dialogues such as "He is so ugly" and "He is not my type".

Kasha completely ignored Roger's actions. She looked up and down at Lan Wu who was walking in front of her, and asked with interest: "Are you the professional who wanted to learn Amazon skills that Akala said?"

"If it's Lan Wu that Master Akara mentioned to you, I think it should be me." Lan Wu nodded happily.

"Interesting young man." Kasha whistled, crossing his arms and looking up and down. After a while, she shook her head and sighed regretfully: "I can feel the huge magic power contained in your body. You have great potential. But you do not have the qualifications to become an Amazon. In other words, you do not have the qualifications of an Amazon." Bloodline, can’t learn Amazon’s skills.”

Lan Wu was not disappointed. He had already been mentally prepared. As the most important quality of a professional, the skill tree determines the professional's career. Without skill trees, there is naturally no potential to learn skills.

"Although you don't have the potential to become an Amazon, you can ask Kane." Kasha returned to his previous lazy appearance and continued to add: "I believe Akara has already mentioned Kane to you. He is the scholar in the camp. The most knowledgeable scholar. He should know your situation and I believe he will give you reasonable advice.”

Lan Wu was about to thank him when he suddenly saw that Kasha looked like a different person, with an angry expression and a powerful aura exuding from his body.

"Flora, you're late again." Kasha roared behind Lan Wu like a violent lioness.

Lan Wu looked back and his mood became more complicated.

At the entrance of the training ground, a man with a ponytail and fiery red hair, Roger, furtively looked into the training ground. When she saw Kasha discovering her, she rolled her eyes and walked into the training ground openly.

"Flora, I warned you not to be late last time." Kasha was still full of energy.

"I know, menopausal women are really annoying." Flora muttered nonchalantly.

Lan Wu no longer knew what to say. Although the Rogge he has seen so far has shattered his worldview in terms of character, his image is very consistent with his impression of Rogge. However, this late Rogge completely shattered the last obsession in his heart.

This Rogge, who looks to be only about sixteen years old, has fiery red hair. But a lock of red hair was dyed purple on her forehead. She has a pair of clear and transparent eyes, but she uses various colors of paint to outline weird and complicated patterns around them as decoration. Her nose is petite and cute, but there is a small gold ring on the right wing of her nose, and her delicate ears are strung with a small silver chain.

Flora walked towards Kasha's furious gaze nonchalantly. The short bow used by Rogge was placed on her neck, her hands casually placed on it, and she walked as if she was carrying a cross.

"I told you, Roger doesn't allow tattoos." Kasha pointed at the tattoo on Flora's arm and became furious.

"I have more on me, do you want to see it?" Flora rolled her eyes and pretended to lift her leather armor.

Kasha was furious at Flora's attitude. She cast her eyes on Lan Wu's face and roared word for word: "Young man, do you know about mercenaries? I once swore that as long as anyone can kill Xuewu, I will give him a mercenary for free. Soldier. You don’t need to kill Xuewu now. Take her out of here now, now!”

"Him?" Flora looked Lan Wu up and down, rolled her eyes, and muttered: "He is not suitable for me. I refuse."

"You have no right to refuse." Kasha roared angrily: "I adopted you. I taught you archery and survival skills. You must obey my orders. This is my territory."

"Ahem" twice, Lan Wu declined in a serious manner: "She is right. She is not suitable for me. I refuse."

"This is my territory." Kasha changed the target of his venting and roared at Lan Wu: "You can only take her away. Apart from her, I will never hire any Rogge to you."

"I refuse." Flora insisted stubbornly.

"This is my order." Kasha was still angry.

"I refuse." Flora refused to give in.

"You can only choose to obey." Kasha's face turned completely dark.

"I refuse." Flora said every word, raising her delicate chin without showing any signs of weakness.

Lan Wu looked at the two men with big eyes and small eyes, feeling powerless. It's okay to hire Rogge, but you have to consider the employer's opinion. I have seen people forcefully buying and selling, but I have never seen people forcefully hire Rogge. He coughed twice and had to remind him.

"I am……"

As soon as these two words were spoken, Kasha and Flora turned their heads in unison and roared angrily.

"Shut up, kid."

"Shut up, idiot."

Lan Wu was powerless and had to ignore the anger of the two people that could burn people to ashes, and said: "So I don't have the right to choose?"

"No." Kasha replied decisively.

"I won't go with you, idiot." Flora obviously didn't want to be outdone by Kasha in this regard, so she answered louder.

Lan Wu weighed the pros and cons and sighed helplessly. He stepped forward and gave Flora a gentle hug, while whispering in her ear: "Your dress is too poor. Come with me, I will make you the most dazzling Rogge and blind their eyes." ”

Flora was about to show off her skills to this idiot who couldn't understand the situation. Suddenly hearing Lan Wu say this, her eyes widened in surprise.

"I have to admit that I am not a professional makeup artist." Lan Wu let go of Flora in distress: "But compared to you, I am obviously more professional."

"Seriously?" Flora obviously didn't believe it, but there was more expectation in her tone.

"Of course." Lan Wu smiled and looked around: "Although the conditions are a bit crude, I think it is enough."

"Okay, I'll go with you." Flora made up her mind and answered very readily.

Lan Wu looked at Kasha, spread his hands and shrugged. He ignored Flora's constant urging and smiled at Kasha: "Dear Lord Kasha, I have convinced her."

Kasha was silent for a long time, silently took out a scroll from his arms and handed it to Lan Wu: "This is a mercenary contract, protected by the gods. As long as you sign this contract, Flora will be your mercenary and become your adventurer." assistant at the time.”

Lan Wu smiled, took the contract scroll and looked at it carefully. The contract is very complex and cumbersome. He also looked very carefully. After reading this dense contract, he looked up at Kasha with some surprise.

Kasha ignored Lan Wu's gaze. She returned to her previous laziness, crossed her arms and looked away lazily.

Lan Wu suddenly smiled. He bit his thumb happily and pressed a bloody handprint on the contract with the blood. The brilliance on the contract suddenly turned into dots of starlight and gradually disappeared in his hand.

"You have signed an employment contract. She is yours now. Take her away quickly." Kasha turned around and roared at the other Rogges: "Training, there is no time for you to waste."

The Rogges immediately dispersed and returned to their respective seats to start archery training. After a while, the sound of bows and strings was heard one after another in the training ground, which was very lively.

Lan Wu stared at Kasha's back, and after a while he looked back at Flora beside him. The latter returned to his original appearance nonchalantly, with his hands lazily resting on his short bow and spitting bubbles.

"Follow me. I keep my word." Lan Wu turned and walked towards the training ground gate.

After leaving the training ground, Lan Wu smiled without looking back: "Did you know that Kasha has prepared your employment contract?"

"She does this to every Roger." Flora spat out a bubble of saliva, nonchalantly.

"Do you know that your contract is a lifelong contract?" Lan Wu smiled as if he was talking about other people's affairs.

"Lifelong contract?" Flora's face lost its relief and looked unbelievable.

"It seems you know the terms of the lifelong contract." Lan Wu turned around, the smile on his face gone. He looked directly into Flora's eyes seriously: "This means that except for you, I can't hire any mercenary in my life."

"Since you know this, why did you sign this contract?" Flora's eyes became more nervous.

"Actually, I don't want to either." Lan Wu spread his hands helplessly: "You should have noticed. Kasha has always maintained a posture that can catch me back at any time. I can't escape, and I can't avoid her giving you away for free. Give me the fate. If I don't sign that contract, can I leave the training ground?"

Lan Wu turned around and continued walking forward. A word fell lightly into Flora's ears: "I don't care if I can hire other mercenaries. If not, that would be the best. Obviously fate played a joke on me."

"I kind of admire you, uncle." Flora suddenly smiled happily and ran quickly to catch up with Lan Wu.

"I'm sorry, I'm still young." Lan Wu was disrespectful.

"Hehe, you are much older than me." Flora did not avoid suspicion, holding Lan Wu's right hand and shaking it: "Can you really make me more dazzling?"

"It will definitely blind their eyes." Lan Wu said boldly and his tone was quite certain.

"I like it." Flora giggled, leaving a series of silver bell-like laughter on the road.
